It is that time of year again, as we look forward to our Vintage Afternoon Tea, here at the church, on Saturday, 29th July.  This fundraising event, for Missional Work in Haiti, starts at 3pm and runs through to 4-30pm.

For the princely sum of £3, you will be taked back to the days of tea and cake on china, whilst Gwen "tinkles the ivories" in the background.

All are welcome, and there will be also be a sale of goods in the lounge to help with the fundraising for this worthy venture.

"5th Sunday" Praise and Worship Service

Churches Together in Ilkley continue to promote our occasional "5th Sunday" Praise and Worship Service.  This service, which takes place on any month that has five Sunday's in it, will be held at the Baptist Church on Sunday, 30th July, 2017.

Previous services have featured modern worship music, but this time we are returning to last century, as we will be featuring worship from the Billy Graham "revival" meetings.

This fits in well with our attempts to make our church more "dementia friendly", and will have many old favourites that we love to sing.

As in previous services, there is no sermon, but there will be praise, worship, stories and prayer.

Everyone is welcome to atten, and tea and coffee will be served afterwards in the church lounge.
